Vacation in the mountains
Our farm is a small mountain farm where we grow various berries.
We are looking forward to welcoming you at our place.
The location
We are located in the heart of South Tyrol
More precisely, in San Genesio / Avigna, just 25 minutes from the capital Bolzano.
The farm
Small but nice
Our farm is situated at 850m. It has about 0.5h of cultivated land on which we grow berries, fruit and vegetables.

Around us
For daily groceries, the grocery shop in the village is ideal, open from Monday to Saturday.
Within a few minutes you will find several restaurants where you can try local specialities.

Transport connection
There is a bus stop right in front of our house.
With public transport you can reach the village in 5 minutes, Bolzano in 40 minutes and the Salten in 25 minutes.

In the breakfast room there is a sales corner with our homemade products.

The holiday apartments are located in the farmhouse and have been lovingly renovated in 2019 and 2022.

Included in the booking price is also the "Guest Cart", with which you can use public transport throughout South Tyrol, visit the South Tyrolean museums and much more.
Holidays without a car
With us you can enjoy your holiday without a car. We offer a pick-up service from Bolzano.

On request you can enjoy South Tyrolean specialities.

All flats are equipped with free WiFi.
Children's playground
We have a large children's playground with sunbathing lawn.
Car park & Wall Box
There is plenty of parking space on our farm, also for motorbikes.
Here you will also find a wall box to charge your electric car.
